Last updated: 24 March 2026

1. Acceptance
By creating a PaceLab account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PaceLab. You must be 18 or older to use this service.
2. Not medical advice
IMPORTANT: PaceLab is an informational tool for endurance athletes. Nothing on PaceLab constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Blood marker reference ranges and protocol recommendations are educational and informational only, based on sports science literature. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making changes to your diet, supplementation, or training based on any information from PaceLab. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read on PaceLab.
3. AI-generated content
PaceLab uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic processing to generate personalised recommendations. AI-generated content may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. PaceLab does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations. All AI outputs should be treated as a starting point for discussion with a healthcare professional, not as definitive guidance.
4. Subscription and payment
PaceLab offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of first purchase. To request a refund within this period, contact support@getpacelab.com. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.
5. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. PaceLab reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use PaceLab to: enter false health data with intent to mislead; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service; use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission; attempt to access other users' data.
7. Health data responsibility
You voluntarily enter your blood marker data into PaceLab. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. PaceLab is not responsible for decisions you make based on data you enter or recommendations generated from it. PaceLab does not validate or verify blood test results.
8. Intellectual property
PaceLab, its content, algorithms, and design are owned by PaceLab and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaceLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. PaceLab's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you retain any rights provided by local consumer protection law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may terminate your account if you do not accept updated terms.
